ICR has the right tools for the job.  Our one-time, non-refundable fee includes:  acquisition of Insurance, establishment of your ICR Insurance Account and the ICR Start-Up Kit.  ICR has, at a special discount for members only, Rental Software Programs which are designed for the beginner, as well as the established rental car operator. CD-ROM Demo Disk are available upon request.

The ICR Start-Up Kit contains our very own Counter Procedure Guide, Vehicle Rental 101. This Guide contains instructive information regarding administrative and operating procedures.  You are provided with an initial supply of rental agreements.  These are multiple part forms that are sequentially numbered and color coded for error free completion.  These rental agreements are updated annually to keep in compliance with the State mandated requirements.

Other Supporting Documents are provided in your Start-Up Kit to assist you. These forms are available at an additional cost or may be copied. Rental Application Cards, Preventive Maintenance Schedules, Maintenance Record Envelopes, “Rent Me” Signs,   etc.

Once we have your Insurance Quote, which will provide you with a cost (per car, per month) for Liability and Physical Damage Insurance (optional), we can determine your Insurance Deposit.
