ICR provides easy to understand Supporting Documents that cover all the details of a rental operation, to include Counter Procedures, Completing Forms, Reporting Losses, and much more.  For those with a minimal amount of experience in the rental business, this is usually more than adequate.

For those members with no rental car experience, we offer instruction at our Corporate Headquarters.  Seminars are planned at the convenience of our members.
